Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Atal Health Care Paribar Private Limited, we strive to provide quality healthcare services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds are processed.
1. Appointment Cancellation
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment or service.
- Cancellations made within less than 24 hours may not be eligible for a refund.
2. Medical Camp & Service Cancellation
- If a medical camp or service is cancelled by the company due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.
- If a participant cancels their registration, applicable charges may be deducted.
3. Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed only for eligible cancellations as per this policy.
- Approved refunds will be credited within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
- No refunds will be provided for services already availed.
4. Non-Refundable Services
- Consultation fees once the service has been provided.
- Administrative or registration charges.
- Any customized or special healthcare services.
5. Rescheduling
Appointments or services may be rescheduled subject to availability if requested at least 24 hours in advance.
6. Mode of Refund
Refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment. In case of any technical issues, alternative modes may be used as per company discretion.
